Ever wonder what POP means or FAR stands for? Here is a list of common coupon abbreviations.

Blinkie - A machine that spits out coupons near the product.
BOGO - Buy 1 Get 1 Free
Brick - Printable Coupon
CAT - Catalina Coupon (Manf. Q that prints out at the register, triggered by what you purchase.)
CC - Competitors Coupon
CRT - Cash Register Tape
DCRT - Dated Cash Register Receipt
ECB - Extra Care Buck (CVS)
ESC - Easy Saver Coupon (Wags)
ESR - Easy Saver Rebate (Wags - No longer available)
FAR - Free after Rebate
GC - Gift Card
GM - General Mills
IP - Internet Printable
IVC - Instant Value Coupon (Wags)
MFR - Manufacturers Coupon
OOP - Out of pocket
PDF - Coupons that are in PDF format usually have no print limit
Peelies - Sticker-like coupon found on product
PG - Procter & Gamble
POP - Proof of Purchase
Q - Coupon
RP - RedPlum
RR - Register Reward (Wags)
SC - Store Coupon
SP- Stockpile
SS - SmartSource
TEAR PAD - A pad of refund forms or coupons hanging on a shelf at a store
TMF - Try Me Free
UPC - Universal product code
Wags - Walgreens
WYB - When you buy....
YMMV - Your mileage may vary (A deal may work for someone else, but not for you)
